Angels Community Outreach BIRTHDAY WING PROJECT!
The “Angel Birthday Team” wants to be sure every child feels special on their birthday.
I always loved birthdays growing up. Cake, presents, a special dinner, matching paper plates & napkins, and balloons. My mom always made us feel so special on our birthday. Looking back, I now realize it was not always easy for her to pull off that special day. The cost can make a birthday celebration out of reach.
I want to change that!

HOW CAN I GET BIRTHDAY HELP FOR MY CHILD?
Families financially in need can fill out the form below and sign up to receive a birthday bag and birthday cake for their child. Families will need to qualify for this outreach project just like our other programs. This will ensure we are helping those truly in need. Each month we will post the list of birthday children in need. Sponsors can sign up to help a birthday child in need.
PLEASE NOTE: Filling out this application form below does not guarantee services. YOU MUST sign up 2 weeks before your child’s birthday. We cannot accommodate last minute applications.
If chosen your child will receive the following:
1- BIRTHDAY CAKE
Your child will receive a birthday cake in the flavor they choose.
2- BIRTHDAY BAG
A “Birthday Bag” will consist of everything needed to make a birthday celebration special.

Birthday Plates
Birthday Napkins
Candles
Disposable Birthday Table Cloth
3- BIRTHDAY GIFTS
Your child will receive a minimum 3 birthday gift.
