Walter 🐾 came, gave kisses 😘 and donated a car full of Halloween costumes his mommy and he got at Target for 90% OFF! If you are headed out shopping please consider purchasing a few costumes at 90% off and donating them to Angels Community Outreach! We will store them till next year for our Halloween event for children in need.
