Do you or someone you know need a hand UP this Holiday Season?
The North Pole’s Purple Power Elves will be helping Santa again this year to distribute gifts to underprivileged youth.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE LOCATED IN NEW JERSEY.
The Angels Community Outreach Christmas program will be distributing gifts to children and teens (newborn through senior in high school).
Our goal is to make Christmas magical!
PLEASE READ THE BELOW DIRECTIONS:
• BE SURE to hit the blue SUBMIT button at the bottom of the application when you are done.
•PLEASE Only fill this form out if you are NOT being helped by another agency. We do have a list and you will be disqualified.
•PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS APPLICATION.
•PLEASE NOTE- Filling out this application does not guarantee services.
•PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERED AS A CLIENT. If you are not an Angels Community Outreach Client, PLEASE GO TO THIS PAGE Need Help? – Angels Outreach TO BECOME A CLIENT. This a VERY IMPORTANT STEP as you need to be a Registered Client to set up a Christmas Application Interview Appointment.
•THE FOLLOW DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER; failure to show documents will disqualify application.
- *Your child/children MUST write a letter to Santa. (Your child will write about their year, favorite color, food/snack or sports team. They should list their top wishes in the letter. ANY age can submit a letter. Big kids and teens too!) Young ones can scribble or have a parent or older sibling trace their hand. Bring this letter with you when you come in for your application meeting. This letter will be given to Santa to help choose gifts. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE THE LETTER FOR YOUR CHILD. This is to come from the child. If you write the letter for the child your application may be disqualified.
- *Picture I.D (applying adult)
- *Proof of address (current utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
- *Birth certificates for ALL children in household
- *Proof of income
If you do not have all of these documents, please email PurpleChristmas@AngelsOutreach.org we may have alternative options and can find a solution.
•Once you fill out this application you will receive an email. (check your spam folder too) You will need to PRINT the email and attend an in person application meeting to bring in the required documents.
Application Meeting Details, Dates/Times and Location will be in the emailed you. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL, please check you spam folder or refill out the application.
