Want to Sponsor a child, teen, family, senior citizen or Veteran for the Holidays? Angels Community Outreach would like to help make Christmas special for children/teens in need and spread kindness t our senior citizen and Veterans. Would YOU like to help?
Many children and families are in need of a little extra help this holiday season. Making ends meet day to day is a struggle, leaving very little resources for gifts for the holidays. In this time of great need, we look to our community to help us fill these gaps.
LET’S MAKE THEIR CHRISTMAS MAGICAL!
We want every child to wake up Christmas morning with gifts under the tree. We help kids 0-18 (senior in high school) We believe that EVERY child, EVEN TEENS, should have gifts to open on Christmas.
Please remember when you are sponsoring a child/teen most often your gifts are the only gifts they are receiving under the Christmas tree. We understand this may not be financially possible for everyone so please feel free to donate an unwrapped gift or purchase an item off our Amazon Wishlist. We will combine single gift donations and make Christmas special for local kids/teens.
We vet every family that applies so we know each child qualifies to receive help. This takes a little longer, but I think it is important that we do this to ensure the children/teens receiving the gifts are truly in need. Each parent has to provide us with proof of income and birth certificates for each child along with a few other items. Each family goes through an in-person application process with one of our volunteers.
What makes our Christmas Sponsor Outreach SPECIAL is that YOU get the opportunity to pick the child/teen/family of your choice.
I know everybody has different financial limits. Each child will drop off their letter to Santa so we can help “Santa” fulfill their Christmas wishes.
Fill out the form below and then on November 17th we will send you a private link where you can scroll through all the children/teens/families available to sponsor. This way YOU can choose and sign up for the seven-year-old girl you were hoping to get or the teen boy that has the same likes as your son. This will make it more personable for you. You will also see the items the child is asking for, so you will know ahead of time if you are financially able to sponsor that specific child.
Remember a child/teen in need has the same wants and desires as a financially stable child. Many times, the child in need has no idea they are low income. We understand it is not always financially possible to be a Christmas Sponsor. Consider getting a group together (family or at work) to sponsor a child, teen or family. A group can all pitch in a little to make a BIG difference. TEAMWORK!
