The goal of Angels Community Outreach is to continue to provide help, food, clothing and toiletries to the elderly, children, families, pets and those individuals in need.

PLEASE NOTE: BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THIS FORM: We are located in Pitman, NJ 08071 and this is an IN PERSON pick up. We have limited home deliveries available.

All appointments are in-person and are located at our facility: 334 South Broadway, Pitman, NJ 08071. At this appointment one of our “Angels” will help you.
Just a reminder that we have some guidelines.
At this time clients are eligible for clothing up to 2 times per year and food assistance maximum of every 2 months.
Anyone in your household OVER THE AGE OF 22 needs to fill out a separate application if they desire assistance. A family application is for parents/guardians and any children living in the household 21 years of age and under.
When you are given an appointment time, please be sure to bring the following with you to you:
•Referral Letter – This can be from social services, pastor, school, doctor, etc. It is a letter referring you to our program. In the referral letter your name and everyone in your household should be listed.
•Photo Id
•Bill with your current address
If you do not have a referral letter, you will need to bring in the following:
•Photo Id
•Bill with your current address on it.
•Proof of income – if you are working this would be your last 2 pay stubs
•Food Stamp Card – if you receive food stamps
•State Insurance Health Benefit Card – if you are receiving state health insurance
•Birth Certificates or Social Security Cards for any children in your family

**PLEASE NOTE AS OF OCT 1st** Angels Community Outreach has temporarily put appointments on hold so we can catch up with the large number of families currently on our waitlist. With the way the economy is right now, we’ve seen a significant increase in families needing help, while unfortunately, donations have decreased. We’re doing everything we can to schedule appointments as quickly as possible. Please check this page for updates on when we will reopen for new appointments.
